Shipment Policy

1. We normally ship the order within 48 working hours. through a recognized courier. OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD shall ship orders to only those locations that are covered by it;s courier service provider. The order shall normally be delivered in 1-4 business days depending upo your location in India. In some case it may take longer to deliver the shipment due to local factors or factors beyond control of OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. However, in case of delays due to unforeseeable reasons or reasons beyond control of OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD, OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD shall not be held responsible.
2. In the shipment is not delivered on account of a mistake by User (e.g. wrong name, address or premises found closed) any extra cost incurred by OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD for redelivery shall be paid by the User.
3. Pl do not accept any shipment that seems damaged or tampered. In such case you may open the shipment with consent and in presence of the delivery person and accept only if the contents are safe else return the shipment after marking 'Damaged shipment'.

5. OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD shall not entertain any claim for physical damage or short shipment if not informed with 24 hours of receipt of shipment.
6. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we have shipped the wrong item.
7. Shipments that are refused or not-accepted and/or returned for any reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
8. In case OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD is not able to execute any order for any reason then it shall inform the customer and refund the full money paid by the customer.
9. The total liability of OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD under all counts for transaction on this portal shall be limited to the value of the product bought by the customer. OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential loss on any account.

Returns and Refunds
Please read our refund and exchange policies and guidelines carefully before buying products from the site. If you have any issues then pl contact us before purchase else it is presumed that the policies are acceptable to you.

1. Only products defective/damaged on receipt will be accepted for returns/refunds.
2. Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
3. Only those products will be eligible for return which are received by us within 7 working days of the date of delivery
4. OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD security system retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged. In case product is defective then OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD will replace the product with same or a higher model and ship to the customer's original shipping address, subject to the availability of the stock of the product. In case OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD is unable to ship back same or higher model then it shall refund the full cost of product.
5. In case the returned product is not defective or is damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the original shipping address of the order.
6. Product for refund/replacement/warranty should be sent freight pre- paid to OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD shall ship the product back freight pre-paid.
7. The Original Copy of Invoice of purchase must be sent alongwith as proof-of-purchase for making a refund claim.
8. To process any refund case, the goods should be returned back in its original packaging including the contents, invoice and documents. Refund cheques will be sent in the name of buyer and to the billing address of the refunded order.
9. Seller will not accept returns in case of damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
   • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
   • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.
   • Any damage of the product during shipment.
   • Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
   • Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.

The total liability of OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD under all counts for transaction on this portal shall be limited to the value of the product bought by the customer. OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential loss on any account.

Warranty
OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD is liable to provide warranty services as per following terms:

1. Copy of the Original Invoice of purchase must accompany the product as proof-of-purchase for warranty claim. In case original invoice is not available then servicing of warranty shall be at discretion of OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD
2. The customer shall send the product freight pre-paid and OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD shall ship back the product freight prepaid.
3. The warranty duration for products varies from 1 year to 3 years from date of purchase unless otherwise mentioned differently on the product detail page. All warranty are from the manufacturer.
4. In case OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD is not able to repair or replace the product then it may ship back a higher model to the customer or refund the full cost of product at it's discretion.
5. Natural wear and tear or deterioration in capacity, cosmetic problems/scratches or similar are not covered in warranty
6. OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD will not provide warranty in case of damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

While OM MEMORY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD will take all reasonable care to protect the Customer personal information however it shall not be held liable for such loss beyond it's control.
