Returns And Refunds
Please read our refund and exchange policies and guidelines carefully before buying any product. If you think under mentioned policies are not fair please do not bid or buy in our store as honesty is the best we can offer.

• * Defective items will be exchanged if reported within 2 days of receipt and mailed within 7 days of notifying us.
• * Seller will not accept returns in case of damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
  • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
  • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.
  • Any damage of the product during shipment.
  • Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
• Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.
• * Shipments that are refused or not-accepted and/or returned for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• * Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we have shipped the wrong item.
• * All return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
